A m a z i n g collaboration!!!

The divine voice of Psarantonis and his lyra are things that deeply move and haunt me… He is an icon, a living god, a connection between past and present… The lyrics of the song come from an ancient Orphic Hymn and praise Zeus and his powers

wiki: Antonis Xylouris nicknamed Psarantonis is a Greek composer, singer and performer of lyra, the bowed string instrument of Crete and most popular surviving form of the medieval Byzantine lyra. He comes from the mountainous village of Anogeia in Crete and is the younger brother of the late Nikos Xylouris, a notable Cretan singer/musician. Psarantonis is known for the special timbre of his voice and his lyra playing style

Daemonia Nymphe is a Greek music band established in 1994 by Spyros Giasafaki and Evi Stergiou. The band’s music is modeled after Ancient Greek music and is often categorized as ethereal, neoclassical, neofolk, or gothic. They use authentic instruments, including lyre, varvitos, krotala, pandoura and double flute. Their shows are theatrical, with members wearing masks and ancient dresses. Their lyrics are drawn from Orphic and Homeric hymns and Sappho’s poems for Zeus and Hekate
